Lou Support Crew

Location: St. Louis, MO and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

The Lou Crew is the team that keeps St Louis looking its best, and we're growing. As a member of the Lou Support Crew, you'll work alongside our lead technicians in pairs, tackling smaller residential and commercial jobs across the St Louis area. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role for someone who's dependable, works well with a partner, and isn't afraid of a physical day's work.

What you'll do:

• Support Lou Crew technicians on-site during smaller pressure washing and exterior cleaning jobs
• Work in two-person teams to complete jobs efficiently and safely
• Set up, operate, and break down equipment for each job
• Handle light prep work, including moving furniture, covering plants, and clearing job sites
• Represent the Lou Crew with professionalism and care at every property
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean and ready for the next job

What we're looking for:

• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude, rain or shine
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for most of the day
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work well as part of a two-person crew
• No experience required. We'll train the right person
