Meet The Lou Crew!
A group of hard-working native St. Louisans focused on your satisfaction.

Joe - CEO & Chief Lou Washer
Lead Technician specializing in commercial power washing and exterior building restoration. He started MSR 15 years ago with a $200 power washer and one customer. Referrals and the best service in town were, and still are, his secret to success. 15 years later, his company can handle any job, big or small. He also takes the crew to opening day every year, which is pretty dope.

Chris - GM
Chris, our #2, has been known to wear the double-cartridge respirator out after the job is complete. Organizing and making sure everyone gets paid is only part of what Chris does. Without Chris, the Lou Crew would be just a bunch of kids from South City.

Bob - Sales Manager
Bob is dedicated to ensuring every client has a positive experience. He can also predict the exact score of the ballgame before the first pitch.

Dave - Washes the Lou
There's no pressure washing machine Dave can't handle... He is also the resident handyman.

Chuck - Washes the Lou
Chuck, formerly known as "Bobby Chuck" in High School, can put a shine on a patio like you've never seen. Also has a touch with delicate surface restoration.
Rodney - Head Laborer & Foreman
Rodney runs the crew on-site, making sure every job gets done right the first time. With years of hands-on experience, he leads by example and keeps the guys moving with precision and pride. If there's a tough job on the schedule, Rodney's the first one there and the last one to leave.

Kayli - Office Manager
Kayli has been with the crew from the beginning. She is dedicated to organizing and directing the Crew's Lou washing efforts. She also makes sure the crew properly mixes cleaning solutions suited to the surfaces we clean.

Rob Base - Marketing
It takes two to make a thing go right. Or, in this case, one introverted and socially awkward marketing powerhouse.

Scooter - Head of Security
Scooter joined as Head of Security in 2024. When he is not working, he enjoys eating hot dogs and watching baseball with the crew.
